Ninja Warlord delivers exactly what we expect from a Kung Fu flick: Pink Floyd music and fish taxes. When the Japanese enact onerous fish taxes (no, that part was not a joke) the Chinese have two options: rally grassroots support to overturn the taxes through vigorous legislative debate, or punch them.
