Matt, a British glaciologist stationed in Antarctica, recalls a passionate relationship with Lisa, an American exchange student. Their intense physical bond unfolds across a year of shared moments, drug-fuelled nights and indie rock concerts in early 2000s London. As time passes, their connection begins to fade, leaving Matt to reflect on the distance between desire and lasting intimacy.
