Nick E. Tarabay is best known for his career-defining role as Ashur in “Spartacus: Blood and Sand” (2010–2012) and in the sequel series “Spartacus: House of Ashur” (2025). Tarabay has starred in a number of different series, such as “Arrow” (2014–2017), “Person of Interest” (2014–2015), “The Expanse” (2017–2018), and the DC series “Stargirl” (2021). In his early career, he guest starred in “The Sopranos” (2001–2004) and had a main role in the Starz series “Crash” (2008–2009). He has had small roles on the big screen, including in “The Veil” (2017), “Pacific Rim: Uprising” (2018), and “Wendell & Wild” (2022). He is in a supporting role in Christopher Nolan’s historical epic “The Odyssey” (2026).
