This show combines all of the best parts of sci-fi. You get this incredible scope and scale you might get from a movie like “2001: A Space Odyssey,” but at the same time, you have interesting questions about AI you might get from Alex Garland’s movies. There are many elements of mysticism reminiscent of the Dune franchise. So if you’re a sci-fi fan and love cinema, this is the show for you. Nothing about “Foundation” feels like it was made for the small screen, this is absolutely a big-screen spectacle.
